Protesting Notice Of Valuation

Notices of Value for the 2010 tax year were mailed on March 31, 2010. If you do not understand your Notice of Value, or have questions about your assessment, please call our office at (505) 334-6157.

If you disagree with the value that has been placed on your property for the 2010 tax year, you have 30 days from the date that the Notice of Value was mailed out to file a protest with the County Assessor's Office. Please complete the protest letter by following the link below. You must have the latest version of  Adobe Acrobat to open and fill out the form. Protests must be received by the County Assessor's Office no later than close of business on April 30, 2010.
